We offer the following categories of Services, as described on our Site:

• Cleaning Services — residential, industrial, janitorial, house cleaning, floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, bathroom cleaning, pressure washing, steam cleaning, deep cleaning

• Pest Control Services — general pest control, termite control, bed bug control, cockroach control, rodent control, organic pest control, pigeon and bird control, fly control, ant control, mosquito control, snake control

• Disinfection Services

• AC Duct Cleaning — split units, FCU, AHU

• Water Tank Cleaning

Prices for our Services are listed on our website in AED and represent a starting or minimum charge. Final pricing is confirmed after a free inspection, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

3. Booking a Service

3.1 You may request a Service through our website booking form, contact form, phone call, or WhatsApp.

3.2 A booking request does not guarantee a specific appointment time until confirmed by our team.

3.3 We may carry out a free, no-obligation inspection before providing a final quote, particularly for larger properties or more complex jobs.

3.4 You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including size, condition, and access, at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in a revised quote once our technician is on-site.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated at the time of quotation.

4.2 Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed with our team in advance. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

4.3 We reserve the right to adjust the final quoted price if, upon inspection, the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking, such as a larger property, heavier soiling, or a more extensive pest isue

5. Service Quality Commitment

We are committed to delivering our services with professionalism and care. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your concern and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue and the scope of the services agreed upon. 

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time.

6.2 You are responsible for securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before the Service begins.

6.3 For pest control services, you agree to follow any pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians, such as vacating treated areas for a specified time or avoiding cleaning treated surfaces immediately afterward.

6.4 You confirm that you have the right, as owner, tenant, or authorized representative, to authorize the Service at the specified property.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We take reasonable care in performing all Services using trained technicians and appropriate materials and equipment.

7.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during a Service, such as an existing pest infestation beyond the treated area or pre-existing damage to AC units, ductwork, or surfaces, unless caused by our negligence.

7.3 To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Ideal Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ideal Services LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
